I successfully survived my bachelor party. Actually, it was a really great evening with some of my friends and family. My best man, Jeremy, did a great job of planning the evening. We started off with him presenting me the t-shirt I’d be wearing. From there, we proceeded to Mulligan’s – an indoor golf spot here in Frankfort. It was the first time I’d ever been there, and I had a blast. It won’t be the last time I go there. We then proceeded to Lexington to eat an awesome dinner at Malone’s. By this time, it was fairly late in the evening, so most of the guys had to go home (wimps!). The remaining few hung out for a couple of hours at Harry’s – relaxing, talking and laughing. I was home by 2:30 a.m. A great night, overall. Here’s a few pics of the evening:

Ashland Wedding Shower
Posted on Sunday, November 8th, 2009 by Andrew
This past weekend, Julie and I traveled to Ashland for our first wedding shower. There was a great turnout by a lot of Julie’s family and friends – some of whom she hasn’t seen in a long while. It was held at her home church. Julie’s mom, Ashleigh (the maid of honor), grandparents, aunts and the rest of her family did a GREAT job putting it all together and making it easy for Julie (and me) to enjoy. We received some awesome gifts. Take a look at some photos:
Wedding Registry and Halloween

This weekend, we went to the final stop for our wedding registry – Bed, Bath & Beyond. We plan on adding more items to our registries at each store, but for now, you can (finally) view our registry information. Head over to the Wedding page for links to our registries. For fun, we decided to shoot a video of our registering adventure yesterday. And, for good measure, we helped Julie’s aunt Jenny pass out candy for Halloween. Enjoy!
